Social Tennis
We run four weekly social tennis sessions where everyone is welcome to come down and play.
Saturday afternoon 2-5pm (all year round), Thursday evening 7:30pm - 10pm (late spring - late summer) and Tuesday & Thursday mornings 9am - 12pm (all year round).
The bar is open during and after the Thursday and Saturday session where members can enjoy some post tennis refreshments.
The morning sessions are usually two or three sets of tennis followed by tea and biscuits!
Outside of pre-organised social tennis sessions - there are also a number of different WhatsApp groups for members of different skill levels to arrange singles and doubles. Once you join the club, you will be able to meet players and gain access to those.
On throughout the year except in extreme weather.
* For beginners and those that have never played before, we would welcome you to the club to try some tennis coaching first, you don't need to be a member to partake in the coaching sessions. You can find out more and book coaching here. Your coach will be able to advise when you are ready to join the club.
** Whilst advanced players are welcome to attend the midweek social sessions, please note that these are generally of a more relaxed pace than other social sessions.
