Inclusive price covers:

  • Next day cleaning (clients to black bag rubbish and place in skip outside)

  • Bar open until midnight (if required)

  • Early access to hall for clients to prepare venue

  • Opportunity to offer your guests welcome drink of champagne (no corkage charge)

  • Use of fully equipped kitchen

  • Use of outside patio area, dance, band & table areas inside and out

  • Use of on site car park

Upstairs Hall Booking

A comfortable dual aspect 1st floor conference room overlooking tennis courts in a quiet location.

Ideal for craft fares, craft clubs, conferencing, various group interests, societies, clubs, AGMs etc.

Accessed by a short flight of stairs and benefitting from exclusive use of external balcony area, upstairs toilets and downstairs coffee making facilities.

Accommodates 25 - 30 adults with tables and chairs provided.

Competitive pricing from one off occasions to longer term arrangements.
